Puedo hacer cambio o devolución de mi pedido?
Sí, siempre y cuando el producto haya presentado una falla por defecto de fábrica y a su vez haya sido reportado dentro de los 15 días calendarios después de la fecha de compra, de lo contrario ya no se aplicaría cambio físico y se le daría seguimiento para la reparación del producto si presenta un defecto de fábrica.
